Harvest
Harvest starts in the beginning of October. During harvest olives go in plastic crates that ensure proper ventilation, and are then forwarded to a certified oil press daily.

Storing
Stainless steel tanks with nitrogen inject system and low temperature create the perfect conditions that ensure olive oil doesn’t lose any of its quality and nutritional properties.

Bottling
Our privately owned and operated bottling facilities are equipped with the latest technology equipment that allows a no-contact and no-exposure bottling procedure in accordance to international standards and best practices.

Quality
Our olive oil undergoes constant testing so that we make sure that every batch meets the same high-quality standards.
